PRICING and POLICIES
TSP
Trimester Service pricing is pretty much level across the board at 95.00 per visit.  Some homes are priced lower due to their being very small, the client being elderly or handicapped or having been with me a long time, or some other special circumstance.  Occasionally a home may be priced higher due to size or complexity.  Price increases are considered yearly during the off season.  Some clients experience price increases simply because they are slow to pay.  This causes me to have to do unnecessary billing and  bookkeeping. 

TERMITES / CARPENTER ANTS
I try to keep prices reasonable and in line with the market.  Some pricing has come down in recent years because the improvements in available pesticides have made it easier to do a better job faster.  Carpenter Ant work is often priced over the phone because most jobs are very similar and an onsite quotation is a waste of time and money.  Termites are often priced on-site because there are numerous factors which can affect the complexity, and therefore cost, of the job.   

"PRICE MATCHING / BEATING"
I don't.    Some companies offer to "beat any price."  Well, that just proves that they weren't giving you their best price to begin with.   This isn't eBay.  You wouldn't choose your heart surgeon based upon which one would do your transplant cheapest.  I compete on the basis of Quality, Experience and my charming Personality.   

REALTORS who frequently send me work sometimes receive preferential pricing and scheduling based upon volume.  Realtors generally know what information I need to price a job over the phone, saving us all time and money.  Since it is their clients who actually pay me, buyers or sellers benefit from using the Agent to secure the work.  

SENIOR DISCOUNTS
I will gladly charge our respected seniors the same price for any job that the big companies quote as being their "Senior Discount Price".  Or, I will charge you my regular price, which is undoubtedly lower than their artificial "Senior Discount" rate.   The FACT is that for many service oriented companies, where pricing is not fixed, so called "Senior Discounts" are nothing but a scam.  

RETAIL ITEMS
On occasion customers wish to buy certain items such as glue boards, traps or electronic pest repellers.  There is no law against these items being sold to the general public, but CPC is not in the retail business nor do we have a retail license.  Our solution, if the item can not be purchased elsewhere, is to give it to the customer and charge a service fee for the delivery which reflects our total cost in procuring it, including the tax paid.
