Trimester Service Plan

Coventry Pest Control’s Trimester Service Plan… Simply the best residential pest control service you can get!

Ants and termites become active according to environmental changes, mainly the weather. A standard quarterly service program results in a wasted service visit in the middle of the winter. Coventry Pest Control’s service program was designed to be logical from a pest control standpoint, placing a technician at your home when the bugs are most active, and therefore most vulnerable — in the Spring, Summer and Fall. In Spring everything breeds, especially insects. In Summer their colonies are rapidly expanding and in Fall they are moving inside for the winter. The Trimester Service Plan gives you protection three times a year, at these critical periods.

Three times a year we’ll visit your home. We don’t normally need to get inside so there is no need for you to be home. The bugs come from outside, after all. We can even monitor for termites (see the Termite Monitoring Program sheet). We’ll take care of the exterior and send you an invoice by mail with a convenient return payment envelope. Bills are due upon receipt. You don’t need to include any paperwork with payment.

Here are a few quick points to remember

Services will be performed three times per year, in the spring, summer and fall. Exact dates will be determined by the weather and best practice considerations. Service dates WILL NOT be evenly spaced at four month intervals and in fact the interval between fall and spring will be the longest. Unless there is some reason we need to get inside your home, we do not call ahead for appointments. Our treatment system is perfectly safe for you and your pet. Services cannot be skipped. We do not offer a one or two visit option because they are not effective long term on a broad scale. If you have elected to have our Termite Monitoring Program as well, we will check our stations periodically and notify you if there is any activity found. Treatment options will be presented for your consideration. Treatments are at extra cost. All equipment remains the property of Coventry Pest Control.

To try to avoid bookkeeping hassles, we have instituted a strict and simple action ladder for keeping all accounts current

1.) DUE UPON RECEIPT– Trimester Service fees are due and payable on date of service. The service ticket delivered by the technician is the invoice and a payment envelope is provided for your convenience. Please pay by mail, do not pay the technician.

2.) PAST DUE — Thirty days after service, any client remaining unpaid is PAST DUE and receives a second invoice with an additional billing fee of five dollars. Clients who consistently pay late will notice an increase in their base rate. Both measures are intended to encourage prompt payment.

3.) TERMINATION — Clients who remain in arrears when the next Trimester Series is begun are in default, are terminated and any installed equipment removed. One hundred dollar reinstatement fee applies.

4.) In all cases, all payments for the year are expected by the end of November.
Great service is our mission. Common sense is our mantra.
